We stand by the quality of our products, but since many of our items are limited edition and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if:
- We sent the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
- There’s an issue that’s our fault
Please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund depending on the situation.
